Beaded phone charm

Hello again! :)

Not too long ago my lil one received a set to create a beaded phone charm and this is what she made ...

I made the knot, but everything else is her work. I really like how colourful this is. Hope you like it too.

Crafting with the lil one

Hello! It's been a while since I posted something here, but this doesn't mean I haven't been crafting. I have been, but I won't share any of my creations today. Today I want to share with you a card my lil one made for one of our family friends.

Do you ever craft with your lil one(s)?

Have a beautiful day! xx

Eggstra special

Howdy! How's it going? Hope you are enjoying the warm sunny weather outside. :)

The other day I went through my folders on the computer and I realized that there are still plenty of cards that I never posted online, including the one I am about to show you. I don't make a whole lot of Easter cards, but every now and then I make one or two. And when I do, I usually go and ink up the super cute stamps from The greeting farm. Which is exactly what I did here.

After all of the images were stamped and coloured I cut them out using the matching dies. Then I used the images along with some die cuts to create a scene. I did the colouring with polychromos and the lovely papers used on this card are from My mind's eye. The only embellishment I used on this card are the two yellow enamel dots.

I used foam pads on parts of the card for some extra dimension.

Have a wonderful summer! xx

Fa la la la la

Hey hey! I'm back with another card. :) This one was made for my guest designer position at the Caffeinated Christmas card challenge where the theme this month is "green".

And the sponsor of this challenge is The Cat's Pajama's, which kindly donated a $25 gift code to the lucky winner.

I have to admit that green isn't really the colour I would often use on my cards, so it was quite a challenge for me to create a green card, but I jumped in with both feet and here is the result ...

It doesn't get much greener than this, does it? ;) It's no secret I loooove adding layers on top of layers on top of more layers :P on my cards, so I had lots of fun making this one. And when I was going through my stamp collection, looking for one that I could use on my card, I found Let is snow stamp set from The greeting farm and I knew immediately I wanted to use this adorable polar bear from the set on my card. I coloured the image with polychromos, fussy cut it and glued it on my card. The sentiment is from an old stamp set from Hobby Lobby. I embossed the sentiment with the gold embossing powder and I glued some die cuts around it to make the whole card more festive. At the end I just added some red crystals. Other embellishments that I used are a doily and a piece of pompom ribbon.

Here you can see the dimension and the lovely foiled paper I used on the card better ...

This is all from me for today. Have a beautiful day! xx

Cute CAS card

Hello everybody! How's it going? I've been pretty busy lately, but I still managed to squeeze in some time to craft.

I'm a guest designer at the Cut it out challenge blog and this time our challenge is CAS.

As you know I've been really digging the CAS look lately, so I've really enjoyed making this card.

To create this card I started stenciling a pattern on a white card base. Then I went throguh my huge pile of scraps and chose a piece of patterned paper which I thought would look good on my card and create a pretty border using a border die cut. Then I chose a stamp; I decided to play with this super cute snowman from Stamping Bella. I coloured the image with polychromos, cut it out and glued it on my card with foam pads. I added the sentiment and then I die cut some snowflakes and put them randomly on a card. At the end I embellished the card with some gems and pearls.

So, that's all from me today. Have a beautiful day! :)

I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:
NBUS: Challenge 47 (I've never used this stencil before)
Word art Wednesday: Anything goes
ABC Christmas challenge: D is for die cuts
As you like it: Favourite stencil or freestyle background (I recently bought some new stencils and I really enjoy playing with them; the one I used on this card is one of my favourites, because I really like the pattern)

Trio of kittens

Howdy hoy! How are you doing? I've been enjoying the weekend and relaxing. :)

I made this card about a week ago, but I couldn't show it to you sooner so I wouldn't spoil the surprise. But now the birthday lady has already received so it's safe for me to post it here.

As the lady I made this card for loves cats I decided to play with adorable cat stamps from The greeting farm. I coloured the with polychromos and then fussy cut them and glued them to the card. I chose some of the older papers from Maja design and some colid colour cardstock to put the card together. The white circles behind the cats were embossed with Cuttlebug's polka dots embossing folder. At the end I embellished the card with a flower and some crystals. Between some of the layers I added foam pads for some extra dimension.

EDITED TO ADD (18. 03. 2023): I just found out that this card was featured in the issue 21 of Craftworld magazine (page 19). I'm super excited about that! :D

Hello birdie-ful

Hello, hello! Can you believe we are already at the end of January? I just can't believe how fast the time goes by.

Today I want to share with you a small treat box that I made. I made this one with my hubby in mind. He's the love of my life and my best friend. I feel like I can share everything with him and I am very happy to have him by my side. That's why I chose these two birdies for my creation. I feel like that even though they are different they complete each other.

All of the stamps are from the Tweety pie set from The Greeting Farm. I coloured the images with polychromos and then fussy cut them. Then I added foam pads at the back and glued them on the box. All of the papers are tiny scraps that I had in my stash. I used a blue ribbon for the closure.

The box itself is a die as well. It's actually a bag die from Gummiapan, but cut the handles off, because I felt the box worked well for what I wanted. The heart is a Spellbinders die. Hope you like my box.

Have a beautiful day! xx
